TOSI I, Konrad Ziolkowski The TOSI sculpture has been created from stainless steel bronze and stone. The TOSI sculpture is an author's edition in an edition of nine casts of figures in which each sculpture is finished differently. THE MAIN IDEA OF THE TOSI SCULPTURE he touches something, something that is higher up, high up. With one finger I think he touched it, at least he felt it. When you think of someone you can visit them, talk to them, see what they are doing. Today is a day like any other, I don't have to visit him because he is always next to me, when I come back he is always there, smiling, busy with something, this love of his. When I think of someone, after all, I can call him with this phone, ask, he doesn't answer, he's doing something, I'll call him later, all the time I see him smiling at me. I think it's time to go home, everyone is waiting for me there, waiting like they always have, like they used to be when everyone was there... Today is now, where things are different, not like when they all were... How strongly you can come back with memories for someone for times that are gone, how much you can relive it to feel the memories with your body, to touch them with at least one finger...

He was born in Strzelin, Poland in 1981 and grew up in a family with artistic traditions. During his high school days, he created his own compositions and advertising orders. In 2001 he began studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. During his studies, he also participated in the creation and organization of festivals, exhibitions and artistic and multimedia shows. He was a member of the unofficial art group "El Nino". In 2006, he graduated with honors from the sculpture studio of prof. Zbigniew Makarewicz. Inspired by human nature, he creates his works in the spirit of cubism and expressionism, manifested not only in forms, but above all in color. With the help of these three media, he tries to capture and close human feelings in matter and show their mutual interactions through the composition of interacting shapes and solids. In addition to fulfilling himself in contemporary art and sculpture, he also deals with classical sculpture, multimedia, computer graphics and animation.
